Beth Chapman, Starlinks Global – Tariff and duty regime changes

At The Delivery Conference, Beth Chapman, founder and Managing Director of Starlinks Global, sat down with ChannelX to discuss the ever changing tariff and duty regimes and how ecommerce businesses can get to grips with them.

There are two trigger points, firstly back in February 2025 when the US started to impose tariffs to today where we’re seeing many countries removing De Minimis meaning low value goods will be taxed, but even here a small number of countries are actually increasing their De Minimis.
