Amazon has expanded its Seller Wallet to Europe, now covering seven EUR-denominated stores alongside the US.
Since 2022, global sellers in the Amazon US store have been able to hold their proceeds in USD, view real-time balances, send payments to suppliers, and transfer funds to their bank accounts at their convenience. Seller Wallet USD gives sellers control over when to convert and transfer their earnings, with transparent exchange rates displayed before every transfer.
Seller Wallet offers a streamlined setup for EUR stores, making it faster to get started. Once enrolled, sellers can hold, convert, and transfer earnings in both USD and EUR, all within Seller Central. For the millions of businesses selling on the platform, this delivers clear operational benefits.
Sellers can now:
- Make one-time transfers or schedule automatic weekly, biweekly, or monthly payouts
- Pay suppliers and VAT directly from their euro balance, helping meet regulatory obligations efficiently without leaving Seller Central
- View a guaranteed exchange rate before confirming an immediate transfer, giving clarity and control over when to convert funds
- Access a single, consolidated view of balances across multiple EUR Amazon stores, eliminating separate payment processes for each country
Getting started with either Amazon Seller Wallet USD or EUR is straightforward. Sellers can enroll directly within Seller Central with no upfront costs or minimum requirements. Once enrolled, they have full visibility into their account balances and can initiate transfers whenever it makes sense for their business.
Amazon Seller Wallet represents our commitment to giving selling partners the tools they need to manage their finances efficiently as they grow their businesses in the Amazon store. By removing complexity from cross-border payments and providing transparent, competitive pricing, we’re helping sellers focus on what matters most: delighting customers and building successful businesses.

As a UK seller who had been used seller wallet until recently on Amazon.com for our international sales there, we have found using it very risky.
Any benefits are outweighed by the fact that if your Amazon seller account comes under review or there are pending requests for additional verification documents, Amazon also lock down your seller wallet and prevent any payments being made from it.
We recently had our USA funds tied up for over a month due to a random document request for proof of address documents on our Amazon seller account even though the address on the account had been unchanged for years.
As anyone who has sold on Amazon for a long time like us (10+ Years) knows, requests for all sorts of additional documentation happen often and having your sale proceeds frozen until the Amazon account verification team get round to reviewing your updated documents is a massive risk.
Make the safe choice and transfer your funds out of Amazon control as often and as fast as you can.
