Today was the Mirakl Summit in London, and while the agenda was full of marketplaces, from Debenhams to B&Q, Tesco, H&M, Walmart and Lowe’s, the hot topic was AI and Agentic Commerce. With the overarching theme of the conference being ‘Outpace’, we’re moving headlong into an AI world which is changing on an almost daily basis, so how can brands and retailers stay ahead and outpace the competition?
