I think B&Q have dropped the ball by producing this marketplace. It should ghave been completely separate from their own store website as I’ve given up on looking at the B&Q site when I’m looking for DIY materials. All I want to know from B&Q is what can I get from the store when I go that day and don’t want to be flooded by delivery only and third party suppliers.
Totally agree with you. They’re not the only ones guilty of this. People just give up using their websites as a result.
There is a filter called “sold by” and the options are “B&Q” or “Verified reseller”
Yes they can be filtered, but extra steps of navigation like this will be frustrating for some people and lead to them abandoning their search on the website.
