Webinar: €3 on every EU order. What to do before July

Webinar: €3 on every EU order. What to do before July

On 7th May, cross-border e-commerce faces one of its biggest regulatory shifts in years. From 1 July 2026, the EU is removing the duty-free threshold on low-value imports – a flat €3 customs charge on every parcel entering the EU from a third country. No exceptions. No transition period.

If you sell from the UK to EU customers, or ship from outside Europe into the EU, this change hits every order you send.

Join Khaled Khaled from AVASK – global specialists in cross-border VAT and customs compliance and Wojciech Kotlicki from Shopreturns for a free 45-minute session built around one question: what do you actually need to do before July? This webinar takes place on the 7th of May, 10:00 – 11:00 London; 11:00 -12:00 Berlin/Paris.

In the webinar you’ll learn:

  • What exactly is changing and when
  • How to calculate your real financial exposure
  • Your compliance options – IOSS, DDP, customs handling
  • How to handle cross-border returns without paying duty twice
  • Live Q&A — bring your specific questions

No fluff. No pitch. Real numbers, real scenarios, and a live Q&A where you bring the questions and we bring the answers.

If cross-border e-commerce is your world, this is your 45 minutes before July changes it.

One Response

  1. It will be interesting to see how these taxes unfold.

With the 3 Euro tax, I believe it will be taken through the current IOSS, but the local handling tax is another thing.
At present Poste Italian seem to take items to a post office awaiting Local Tax/handling collection and DON’T tell the customer.
The customer comes moaning to us and we have to use various trackers to find the REAL location.
Sometimes Poste Italian has the post office the packet is waiting at, but more often than not, you have to hunt for the information.

    It’s a MESS.
