Scot Wingo, ReFiBuy, on Agentic Commerce optimisation for Retailers

When ReFiBuy, the Agentic Commerce Optimization (ACO) platform for brands and retailers, announced $13.6 million in oversubscribed Series Seed funding I had to jump on a call with Founder and Agentic CEO to chat about the current developments in Agentic Commerce and what justified the investment from no fewer than four commerce ventures that specialise in ecommerce tech investment.

So, firstly the exciting news, I asked Scot when Agentic Commerce is coming to the UK and he said it’s already here! Yes, with Amazon’s Rufus running off Claude, if you’re not already undertaking Agentic Commerce optimisation for AI agents on your website, then you’re missing a trick on your marketplace sales!
