myHermes have introduced a new 0-1kg parcel price of £2.75+Vat (£3.23 inc VAT) for the summer. Running for the next two months it offers a 3-5 day door to door collection and delivery service.
The pricing is competitive with Royal Mail prices for recorded delivery items over 250gm for VAT registered companies and over 500gm for those who are not VAT registered.
An advantage of myHermes is that they’ll collect from you eliminating trips to the Post Office and once you get to know your local agent they’re very flexible at collecting at a time suitable for you. At the other end they’ll also deliver to your buyer and again if your customer isn’t at home they’ll try again at a different time of day – even in the evening.
