If you’re not yet selling on Amazon now is the time to start. Currently they have a promotion running to waive the first months Amazon Pro seller subscription fee of £28.75 per month.
The promotion is open to sellers who haven’t previously registered on Amazon and to qualify you need to open your account by the 10th May 2011. You’ll still pay all referral and transaction fees and other costs, but if you’re paying fees for the first month then you’ll have made sales on Amazon.
With the number of bank holidays in the UK over the next few weeks if your business is closed for shipping setting up a seller account on Amazon and starting to get products listed will be an ideal bank holiday project.
