Royal Mail extends Special Delivery Guaranteed collections to weekends

Royal Mail has made some changes to the its Special Delivery Guaranteed service so you can now despatch up to 19:00 on Saturday and 16:00 on Sunday for a Monday delivery.

The free weekend collection service is available to customers in England and Wales posting a minimum of 50 items. It is the latest in a series of weekend service enhancements announced by Royal Mail. Consignments can be made up of Royal Mail Tracked, Royal Mail International and Special Delivery Guaranteed products.

Royal Mail has been safely delivering high value and urgent items for UK consumers and businesses for over 500 years. Special Delivery Guaranteed is powered by a secure network within the wider Royal Mail network offering additional protection behind the scenes so that parcels and letters arrive on time, safely and securely.”
