You may already be aware of the technical problems Royal Mail are currently experiencing with OBA today. Their IT suppliers are working to fix the issues and have the service back up and running as soon as possible.
Until OBA is back up and running you’ll need to use the OBA Emergency Form. You need to email a copy of the mailing file to [email protected].
Once emailed print off a copy of the file and a copy of the receipt email confirming you’ve emailed the file to Royal Mail and the paperwork over to your Royal Mail collection driver with your mail. Royal Mail will then create the order from the information emailed over.
