In this workshop, Mark Canty & Adrian Daniels from Ebusiness Guru will be repeating their successful workshop, looking at the use of Linnworks.net for managing and processing your business’ orders.
Suitable for new users, and for sellers transitioning from Linnworks Desktop, this workshop aims to answer a range of questions about the Linnworks.net Interface, the tools it provides for reviewing, filtering, editing and processing orders and good practice for the varying needs of Linnworks Sellers. In addition, it covers the use of the Processed Orders screen, and reviews the basics of Post Sales functionality in Linnworks, for returns, refunds and exchanges.
This workshop costs £10 per head, and numbers are limited.
Attendees are welcome to bring their own devices, but wireless access is provided by the hotel for a nominal fee of £3, or they can just bring a notepad and pen or tablet to take notes. There will be a break for refreshments and networking.
