DHL have today announced that in challenging times they are reassessing the way they operate and waving goodbye to Nectar. Businesses who were previously shipping with DHL express and enjoying the rewards will be disappointed to hear that it will be soon coming to an end.
“It’s currently a challenging time for all businesses, with many needing to reassess the way they operate in this new environment.”
DHL have announced to their customers that the partnership between DHL Express and Nectar will come to an end on the 30th of June 2020 and that businesses will no longer be able to collect points when shipping with DHL after that date.
DHL say that they appreciate that Nectar is a valuable and popular programme and although it is hoped the loyalty scheme will eventually return back to DHL Express in the future that during these uncertain and challenging times this move was an essential part of DHL’s adaptation to changes within their own operations.
The reward points can still be collected for shipments sent up to and including 30 June 2020 which will then be added to your account as usual.
The end of the partnership between both companies does not affect any other company or partner and the Nectar programme remains available with other partners.
