This webinar with Hampers.com looks at how to protect deliveries over peak and this is a bit of a sore point for Hampers.com as a few years ago their courier went into administration in the middle of the Christmas selling season… and they’re in a highly seasonal business so the Christmas period represents a massive percentage of their annual trade and profits!
Since then, Patrick has worked to lower the risk in their business and in the webinar he not only shares the secret to protecting peak and protecting the customer experience during such a critical sales period, but also forecasts what’s likely to happen this Q4.
