Amazon.com have announced the added convenience of packaging-free returns at physical stores in the US.
The move now sees shoppers returning their unwanted goods with no box, tape or label. Shoppers can return goods in stores including Amazon physical stores, Kohl’s, Whole Foods Markets and The UPS stores.
Merchants using Amazon FBA can now offer their clientele hassle-free returns across selected bricks-and-mortar stores in the country.

The UPS Store
Customers can also choose to return eligible items free of charge at more than 4,768 UPS Stores nationwide with no box required for most items.
One Response
I returned 2 items to Amazon without packaging a couple of months ago to morrisons supermarket. The Customer Service staff hadn’t got a clue how to go about it and had to get a manager to sort it. Easy to do otherwise they just scan a barcode.
