Steve Jobs, the founder and former CEO of Apple has died, and with a more than appropriate tribute to his incredibly simple but beautiful product design work, the Apple website simply carries his picture with the words “Steve Jobs, 1955 – 2011”.
There is little doubt that Steve has affect the life of almost everyone that has used a computer, MP3 player or Smartphone. Even if you’ve never used an Apple product the Apple designs and software have influenced their competitors products and helped shape the technological world in which we live in today.
Apple say “Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being. Those of us fortunate enough to have worked with Steve have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple“.

It is always tragic when anybody dies before their time. This is especially true of somebody who has achieved so much and probably still has so much to give. So let us all send our Sympathy to Steve Jobs Relatives and Friends at this time.
There is another point. I am 61 years old and every time I see some truly inspirational person who has achieved so much die younger than myself I feel old.
After all I always think that we all should be entitled to the 3 score and ten years(70 years for those who do not know what a score is). In my case that age is rapidly approaching.
Don’t be afraid if you get a call from a deceased loved one it’s because a creative man named Steve Jobs made it possible.
If it wasn’t for Apple, all our pc’s would still be beige.
He was too young to die. RIP Steve.
