Amazon launch Premium Fashion Store

Amazon have launched a Premium Fashion Store with the collection showcased by model and stylist Mary Charteris. The new store brings together the latest, must-have women’s fashion brands and introduces some hot new denim brands to Amazon UK.

The new Amazon Fashion Store offers premium womenswear featuring designer brands including 7 For All Mankind, Pringle, Hudson and Black Orchid. As is normal with Amazon it promises top service offering shoppers free UK delivery and 30 day free returns.

The store was launched in time for Mega Monday, which was expected to be the busiest day for online sales in 2012, coming just after everyone has been paid for the last time before Christmas.

It’s not surprising that Amazon have turned their attention to fashion. eBay have been focusing on the fastest growing sector for several years and competition from retailers such as ASOS has established the Internet as the place to source the latest styles and trends.

Men are not entirely left out, there is a Men’s Premium Selection on Amazon, but it’s not being promoted with quite the same verve as the Women’s Premium Fashion Store.

If you want to look hot for Christmas then the Premium Fashion Store is full of denim (including print denim), leather and jackets along with winter essentials such as knitwear, blouses, skirts, dresses and coats.
