eBay Item Condition “Seller Notes” goes AWOL

No primary category set

Back in November, eBay added a new “Seller Notes” section to the Item Condition attribute on eBay. Many sellers have been faithfully filling in additional Item Condition information on eBay to describe any faults or specific details that a consumer should know to ensure a great buying experience.

The field seems to have gone missing on eBay, both from the View Item page (above) and from the Sell Your Item form (below).

For sellers who have become accustomed to this essential information being prominently highlighted at the top section of the view item page, you should be aware that buyers may not see this information. For sellers who haven’t replicated the information in their listing description it’s even more essential that you ensure buyers have the information you intended to be displayed.
