As might have been expected, packaging companies are scrambling to manufacturer new boxes to meet Royal Mail’s new small parcel sizes.
The new size that’s classed as a small parcel by Royal Mail is 35cm x 25cm x 16cm. Whilst we’re sure they’re not the only supplier who will introduce new packaging, All-Pack Solutions were first to contact Tamebay and let us know that their new Small Parcel (Deep Option) boxes are ready to ship. The usable internal dimensions of 34x24x14.8cm and weighing in at only 160 grams (0.16kg), they do not overly detract from the maximum permissible weight allowed for this postal format of 2kg
