We’ve had a few people email us this afternoon asking whether eBay is down. And we’ve kept an eye on the site all afternoon and whilst we can report some slowness, it does seem that (so far) eBay has held up well.
But if you have had issues, it could related to some problems that BT has reported on its status page here.
It reads: “Problems accessing Webpages. We’re aware of an issue that some customers are experiencing problems accessing webpages. We are currently working to fix this and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.” This issue was reported by BT at 15:18 GMT and is said to be ongoing at the time of writing (18:00 GMT).
