The Tamebay Ecommerce Football tournament managed by Genie and the Geek is returning to Wembley for 2015. We’ve heard from many of you that you’re keen to know the date and it’s going to be Tuesday the 9th of June so get practising and get those football boots ready.
As always the format is a five-a-side soccer tournament and it’s for for people and companies and people involved in the ecommerce industry. It’s also a great opportunity for some networking and to get to meet people from some of the major ecommerce marketplaces and third party providers.
The competition is open to anyone and everyone involved in ecommerce and that includes retailers, so if you want to field a team get in touch.
Competition is pretty fierce at times, so there’ll be professional referees as neither Dan nor I are fit enough to run about all afternoon. The guys at the Goals Soccer Centre in Wembley however are always fantastic.
The matches will be played on outdoor 3G/5G artificial grass 5 a side pitches, so blades or astro turf boots should be worn. Studded football boots aren’t allowed as there is a chance of injury when wearing these on astro turf pitches.

Tournament kick off at 5pm to finish by 9pm. Aim to arrive in plenty of time to get changed and warm up

Changing Rooms, Showers and Bar all available and open until 11pm
