The app is available on Android and iOS and works across European Marketplace platforms in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and of course Amazon UK.
The Amazon Seller mobile app makes it easier than ever for sellers on Amazon to quickly update inventory, source and list new items on Marketplace and respond to customer enquiries. A pilot showed that sellers using the app respond thirty percent more quickly to customer enquiries. This is especially important when you remember that sellers need to respond to all customer enquiries within 24 hours maximum or their seller metrics will be impacted.
