With Amazon’s Partnered Carrier Programme (PCP), you can get discounted rates when shipping small-parcel deliveries internationally from a UK, German, French, Italian or Spanish address to Amazon fulfilment centres located in these countries.
Under an Amazon promotion, until the 15th of December 2015, you can save 30% on cross-border PCP shipments to France. For inbound shipments you send with PCP from within the UK to an Amazon fulfilment centre in France that are received during the Promotion Period, Amazon will credit you 30% of the PCP’s charged shipping costs that consist of the Inbound Transportation Fee and the Inbound Transportation Programme Fee.
Amazon explain the advantages as “With Multi-Country Inventory (MCI) and Amazon’s Partnered Carrier Programme you will be able to gain additional visibility of your products to local Prime customers and in many cases to customers who value free shipping and fast-track delivery options. These programmes can help you to drive up sales during this important time of the year“.
If you’re already sending inventory to France, make sure you ship by the 15th December to take advantage.

Can anyone help as I have been told that if I send products to any European Amazon FBA centre, I have to be registered for VAT in that country and I have do a VAT return for each of those countries?
