Courier delays due to UK Storms

Storm DesmondWeather conditions over the weekend have disrupted services to the Highlands and Islands as well as Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, with both flights and sailings cancelled.

Interlink, part of the DPD group have reassured their customers that “Despite the disruption all parcels delayed over the weekend will be out for delivery today“.

Storm Henry is expected to gather momentum today and to impact Interlink delivery services to the Highlands and Islands. They have promised to keep customers fully informed of any impact to their service and as always do everything possible to get parcels delivered, but under these circumstances it is likely that some parcels will still be subject to a delay of 24 hours.
