Linnworks to bolster customer support

It’s always good to see companies responding to customer feedback and Linnworks is doing just that after a recent survey of their users.

One of the key insights they took from that survey was that their customers wanted increased technical support and they have responded by announcing new investment in their customer facing team in this blog post: Linnworks Announce New Investment In Technical Support Team.

As they say: “While the feedback was mostly positive, one of the key areas that we identified as needing improvement was the extensibility of our technical support offering, and as such, we have significantly increased investment into this department.

Ultimately, as our customer base continues to grow, we know it is integral that our technical support grows with it, and this investment will help us increase the number of support representatives we have available to respond to your tickets, live chats and phone calls.”
