  1. Please stay away from Linnworks.
I have used linnworks along with Channel Advisor and other similar software and Linnworks is by far the worst.

The desktop version of it is really good but they’ve discontinued it 3 years ago.
All the features are now obsolete and they made the change to the browser version mandatory.

The browser version of linnworks is terrible.
If you sell on more than 1 marketplace, please do yourself a favour and look into alternatives, you will thank me later.

    1. Hi Jack,

This is Klaas from Linnworks. Thanks for sharing your feedback here. I looked into any problems you may have had with our software but could not find your name in our database, support centre or elsewhere. This leads me to assume that you might have been a user a long time ago and that completely justifies your feedback about Linnworks.net. You were probably using it when it was still in BETA.

Nowadays Linnworks.net is the main Linnworks for nearly all our users. It is worth mentioning that Linnworks Desktop (legacy) is not discontinued, there are still a few users logging into it but that number is declining as all new features, integrations and updates are on the web version and mobile version of Linnworks.net.

There are some independent reviews online such as: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jqcdzwu059E&ab_channel=Ecomclips that are worth having a look at to see what the software does nowadays.
