Price fixing Amazon seller could face USA extradition

As we reported earlier in the week, a British Amazon seller has been fined for price fixing.

Trod Ltd. admitted agreeing to fix prices with GB eye Ltd. (trading as ‘GB Posters’). Trod Ltd. accepted a £163,371 penalty and that included a 20% discount for cooperation with the authorities.

But that isn’t the end of it. It looks like the people behind Trod Ltd. could also be extradited, imprisoned for up to a decade and subject to a fine of up to $100 million. That’s what the Daily Mail says any way. His premises have been raided by the FBI.
