If you’re posting from Australia you should be aware that postage prices are set to rise on the 3rd of October.
We’ve not checked out all the price changes, but at the lower end a 500g parcel price will rise a modest 15 cents from $7.45 to $7.60.
Regardless of how modest price rises are, they’re never welcomed by either sellers or buyers. Often the seller has to absorb some or all of the price increases soaking up margin. Passing the cost on to buyers is almost as unattractive as it means editing your postage rates for all you eBay, Amazon and website listings as well as any venues you sell on.
eBay sellers can get a negotiated 10% discount on all Australia Post postage label services available through eBay postage.
