Not bad, I am happy with those figures for my deliveries and think my customers are happy with the speed of deliveries.
90% of our mail goes out 2nd class
Mail sent out on a Saturday is usually delivered on a Monday and during the week we often have items delivered the next day despite them being 2nd class.
I had a special delivery parcel arrive this morning that was not due till Monday, as the sender had not paid for Saturday delivery.
