With eight days of conference tracks at Internet Retailing Expo and two additional tracks at the co-located eDelivery Conference, all squashed into just two days, even if you attended there is no way you could have attended all the sessions. Now you can watch all the Internet Retailing Expo presentations online as well as the interviews carried out with some of the top retailers and industry partners.
Some of the sessions which caught my interest include Paul Wilkinson, Head of Technology Research and Open Innovation from Tesco Labs who talked about how Tesco are using Virtual Assistants to connect customers with their online shopping experience, Andrian Galkin, Co-Founder and CBDO of Storiqa who discussed his vision for a marketplace based on quality assurance (although as it involves the marketplace checking every product despatched I’m not certain how it would scales) and Nikhil Amin, Head, Amazon Business which we’ve written about before but still seems like a no brainer for any business already selling on their marketplace.
With over 100 hours of conferences plus the video interviews, you’ll find all the sessions available on the Internet Retailing Expo YouTube channel.
Internet Retailing Expo will be returning in 2019 and expected to be held on the 3rd and 4th of April. Pre-registrations are already open, so reserve your place to ensure you are kept in touch with when and where the event will be held.
