Asendia Group acquires wnDirect as part of their global ecommerce strategy, which aims to create a larger ecommerce focussed business with an expanded range of delivery and postal services, mail solutions and fulfilment capabilities.
Asendia Group and wnDirect have attended TDCGlobal (The Deliver Conference) yesterday, which is the first outing for both companies following the acquisition deal.
Simon Batt, former CEO of wnDirect assumed the role of CEO of the new combined company from 1st of January 2019. The two companies will, over a period of time, fully merge and operate under the single brand of Asendia UK.

With wnDirect now onboard, customers will benefit from new options including wnDirect’s global commercial delivery network, and innovations including PUDO (Pick-Up-Drop-Off) and Return solutions, which we’ll offer to our customers in the UK and worldwide.”
