Last call for Tamebay Brunch Round Table on 7th March

No primary category set

There are just 10 days left before the Tamebay Brunch Round Table Discussion at Madejski Hotel Reading and just two places left for breakfast. If you would like to join us let us know as soon as possible to receive an invitation.

You’ll be joining a cross section of sellers from apparel to gifts and leather goods, all online merchants who turn over in excess of £1 million, along with our sponsors GFS, to discuss the challenges of trading overseas.

There is an obvious appetite for expanding cross border trade and attacking new markets, but retailers are facing key constraints which have been highlighted by the recent ramping up of uncertainty over Brexit and now knowing how trading with Europe will change in the next few months. Many of the potential roadblocks which Brexit could bring to selling to the EU are the same roadblocks we face when trading with the rest of the world and so the round table will raise these issues with retailers able to share their experience and challenges that they face or have overcome in a private setting.

The discussion will be held under the Chatham House rule, which means that while the subject of the discussions may be reported, comments made at the Brunch will kept anonymous. The aim is to openly discuss the issues and share your views in private although the topic and nature of the debate can contribute to a broader conversation.

Attendees will most likely have a turnover in excess of a £1 million and already successfully trading overseas, not just to Europe but the rest of the world. If that’s you and can make it to the Madejski Hotel Reading on the 7th of March for the Tamebay Brunch Round Table, then register your interest today.
