Pentagon adds Gmarket & Fruugo to managed service

Ahead of their Retail Without Borders conference, taking place in London on the 14th of March 2019, Pentagon have announced the signing of two new marketplaces, both of whom retailers and brands using Pentagon’s services can now access.

Pentagon’s flexible technology delivers a quick, seamless integration to online marketplaces worldwide, removing the complexity of international selling. The two new marketplaces they support are Gmarket and Fruugo.

Gmarket LogoGmarket

Gmarket is a popular ecommerce site in South Korea, especially renowned for its good prices. Gmarket is a popular cross border ecommerce site in Russia too. Its listings are particularly extensive consequently Gmarket could be the right marketplace for many sellers. Gmarket handles most of the communications with buyers and has recently implemented English and Chinese versions of the website to reach a larger worldwide audience.

Fruugo marketplaceFruugo

Fruugo operate in 32 territories with further countries opening up in 2019. 85% of all sales on Fruugo are cross border and all retailers need to do is provide Fruugo with one feed, in one language and in one currency and let Fruugo know which of our 32 territories they can ship to. All translations and currency requirements are managed at no cost. Fruugo is a ‘no-sale-no-fee’ based marketplace.
