Etsy Roman Sobieri will be presenting his keynote address at the Home Delivery World 2019, which focuses on retail logistics. The event is taking place from 3rd-5th April at Pennsylvania Convention Center, Pennsylvania, US.
Roman Sobieri, head of shipping, listing management and payment operations at Etsy will be sharing a three-pronged approach to a great last mile experience. First, it will focus on how can sellers make informed shipping decisions through advanced visibility and tracking tools. Second, it will aim to answer the question of how can merchants maximise buyers’ delivery experience by providing a personalised service that caters to their needs. Third, the keynote will conclude on how can merchants leverage communication and visibility tools to enable buyers to track shipments across the delivery cycle.
