Following a recent promotion for marketplace sellers, Parcelforce Worldwide has introduced lower rates on express services for marketplace sellers when they integrate. Parcelforce for marketplace sellers offers cut flat rates for the two day service – express48 – and introduced a new flat rate for the next day service – express24.
Customers can now send parcels up to 30kg from £8.00 (inc. VAT) with express48 or £9.00 (inc. VAT) with express24 when they integrate their ecommerce accounts with the Parcelforce for marketplace sellers bulk shipping tool.
The flat rates are available for depot drop off, Post Office® drop off and collection. We have long complained that ParcelForce rates for sellers without an account are prohibitive, especially as sellers could simply get better rates through Royal Mail’s Senditnow platform for exactly the same service. However, these new flat rates for marketplace sellers are even better than Senditnow.
The more work you do the more you save, so dropping at a Parcelforce depot is your lowest cost option, then Post Office drop off and the most expensive option is for Parcelforce to collect.
