Last night Royal Mail Click & Drop went offline for scheduled maintenance. During the maintenance they released four new features to assist users with their businesses. The schedule maintenance took place from around 8pm yesterday evening.

Full text search
Royal Mail have introduced Full text search feature to Click & Drop, which allows you to search for orders, settings, and help articles based on words and numbers they contain.

Manual Orders
Royal Mail have added a new window to improve the way you can add products to manual orders. For more information, please see the guide: How to manually create an order.

Customs Documentation
For Click & Drop Desktop and Dropbox integrations, if you have the label setting to generate CN22 and CN23 documents switched on, customs documents will now be automatically produced and saved to your ‘Results’ folder. For your label settings, please see the guide: Choosing your label format.
