This year, for the second time I’ll be attending Internet Retailing Expo 2019 on the 3rd and 4th of April at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham. At the event, I will listen and learn from conference tracks featuring themes from marketing, international growth, customer obsession, final mile to new technology, scaling up, omnichannel innovation and operational excellence. Across four individually-themed theatres, I’m interested in learning first-hand from retailers, brands and suppliers in the field who explore challenges and opportunities faced by retail sellers. Here are some of the keynotes I’m excited to attend.

I’ll be heading down to theatre four to explore a talk ‘delivery in the age of Amazon at 11:40 on 4th of April. I’m interested in finding out what ingredients Michael Weinberg, SVP, Business Development of Bringg has prepared for sellers who wish to obtain a delivery recipe akin to Amazon.
