eBay Canada have announced the launch of the 15th annual eBay Canada Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
eBay invite sellers to enter their submissions until the 25th of August, 2019 via this page. The marketplace promises to announce the competition’s winner this autumn.
The Entrepreneur of the Year Awards recognise Canadian entrepreneurs who harness online commerce opportunities to build thriving businesses. It’s open to eBay business owners in Canada who sell full-time or part-time and meet the sales, listings, feedback and registration eligibility criteria.
In addition to cash prizes, each winner will receive a one-year eBay Store subscription upgrade, plus quarterly consultation sessions with an eBay Canada business development expert aimed at supporting sellers grow.

2019 Entrepreneur of the Year
Open to eBay business owners in Canada who sell full- or part-time and meet the sales, listings, feedback, and registration criteria. Sellers can enter here. The winner is awarded:
- A cash prize of $3,000
- A 1-year Canadian eBay Store subscription upgrade
- A 1-year quarterly consultation session program with an eBay Canada business development

This award recognizes an eBay seller who has achieved great success in marketing and selling beyond Canada’s borders. Sellers can enter here. The winner is awarded:
- A cash prize of $2,000

- A 1-year quarterly consultation session program with an eBay Canada business development specialist
Integrated Entrepreneur of the Year
This award recognizes an eBay seller who has built a thriving business by integrating multiple retail channels or key components of their supply chain (e.g. design, manufacturing). Sellers can enter here.The winner is awarded:
- A cash prize of $2,000
- A 1-year Canadian eBay Store subscription upgrade
- A 1-year quarterly consultation session program with an eBay Canada business development specialist
