Amazon singing boxes return in this year’s Amazon Christmas Ad

No primary category set

Christmas coming and it’s time for the Amazon singing boxes to return in this year’s Amazon Christmas Ad.

This year, the Amazon singing boxes are joined by customers and Amazon employees doing what matters most during the season: gathering and celebrating with those they love – all whilst singing along to Solomon Burke’s “Everybody needs somebody to love”.

There will be three versions of the Amazon Christmas Ad, created by Lucky Generals, airing until 22nd December: the 90 second full-length advert, a 60 second and a shorter 30 second version. As part of the same singing boxes ‘Let’s Smile Together’ creative campaign, a further series of ads will run in parallel highlighting specific festive moments, including a focus on Black Friday, gift giving and preparing for those all-important Christmas parties.

“What matters most at Christmas is spending quality time together, with loved ones, family and friends. This campaign is about those special moments that we all share at this time of year and how Amazon helps to deliver smiles and play a small part in creating these wonderful memories.”
– Simon Morris, VP Global Creative, Amazon

Opening with a little girl playing a miniature pink piano, the Amazon Christmas Ad closes with a mum who’s been working all day delivering Amazon parcels returning home to her family to be greeted by her kids
