As has become customary for Linn Academy, the speaker roll is a virtual who’s who from the world of ecommerce and there are bound to be some sessions that you just can’t miss and will propel your business forward for Q4 and 2021.

What to expect – Day 1

On Day 1, you can hear from Callum Campbell – CEO of Linnworks, Nimmy Mathews – Head of Amazon Global, EU, Jim Herbert – VP Europe, BigCommerce and Tony Preedy – Chief Commercial Officer, Fruugo. Retailers joining the line up include Nigel Brackenbury – VP Customer Service Ops, Ford and David McDowell – COO, BrewDog.

Don’t miss the session with Dani Cook – Marketplace Partnerships, Facebook for a deep-dive into Facebook Shops and how social commerce is maximising on customer opportunities within social channels, with examples from retailers using the platform.

What to expect – Day 2

On Day 2, Maria Simon – Global Product Marketing, eBay kicks the day off with colleagues Chris Gardner – Trading Director, eBay, Fabio Esposti – Head of Product Marketing, and Berengere Chaintreau – Head of Seller Experience, eBay following her on the virtual stage. You’ll want to hear about Google Shopping with John Kennard – Strategic Partnerships, Google and Krish Iyer – Head of Industry Relations, ShipStation and James Allum – VP Europe, Payoneer both speak on the operation channel. I’ll be joined later in the day by Alex Wyatt – Global Project Manager, Simply VAT and Irene Keay – Senior Shipping Manager, eBay to discuss cross border trade and Brexit to wrap the day up.

Referencing her experience with brands Sweaty Betty, Boots, Harrods and Morrisons, Gabrielle Hase – CEO and Digital Non-Executive Director presents key success factors for brands and retailers including agility, technology, values and trust. Other retailers speaking on Day 2 include Jon Fawcett – eCommerce Manager EMEA, Turtle Wax and Co-Founders Richard Moore and Marc Moore from Source BMX.
