Whistl, a UK leading logistics specialist in efulfilment, contact centres, mail and parcels, has announced the rebrand of Clientbase Fulfilment as Whistl Fulfilment, following the acquisition in late 2020.
The 300 strong Devon based Clientbase Fulfilment team in Wrangaton, Plymouth and Paignton manage inbound contact centre operations, warehousing, fulfilment and business support functions across a portfolio of more than 50 clients. Their customers include Sarah Raven, Dogs Trust, Madeleine, Peter Hahn, RSPCA, Secret Lab, Scotts of Stow and Sophie Conran.
Whistl has expanded rapidly its fulfilment and contact centre capacity over the past 12 months, opening new warehouse capability in Northampton and Lutterworth, joining existing space in Gateshead and Rushden.
The company now has 11 fulfilment warehouses across the UK, totaling over 1.5 million sqft of fulfilment space and over 500 seat contact centre capability.
