There’s a new way to make expensive purchases easier to purchase for buyers on a budget. With Flexible Customer Financing (FCF), you can enable customers to purchase your eligible products with 3 to 48 equal monthly instalments without interest cost on Amazon UK.
Flexible Customer Financing is available for your physical products in stock on Amazon.co.uk with a price range of £80 – £3000. However, for products priced below £100, interest-free payments will only be enabled if the total amount of a customer’s order is at least £100.
Best of all, Amazon will not charge you the programme fee before the 1st of June 2023, giving you a couple of months to assess if offering scheduled payments has a positive effect on conversion rates.
Buyers are presented with the option to pay in equal monthly payments with no finance charges, no interest or hidden fees and no credit check or application required.
How it works for buyers
- Select the monthly payment option when you Add to Basket, in your Basket or at checkout.
- At checkout, your initial payment will include your first monthly payment plus delivery costs in full. Amazon will charge your credit card when they dispatch your item.
- The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card in equal instalments according to the number of payments indicated when you selected the monthly payment option, every 30 days from shipment date
