I have been having this problem for 4 months and reported it then! They are useless.
So it’s not just me then!
I reported the fault after not being able to pay my fees from 3 computers at two locations.
I reported the fault as I was getting both the PayPal message and an error saying that the security certificate was invalid. Tech support said it was my computer and I should have all the latest updates. All 3 computers were fully updated.
Eventually after clearing internet files and cache I managed to pay.
My PAM rang me today and said it is a fault with the site and that they are aware of it. She said it is ebay’s main priority to get it sorted asap.
#3 Pft. eBay’s main priority is to make a profit. Anything else is just gravy 😆
