Uship name “white van man of the year 2011”

Uship, the transportation marketplace for freight, household goods and vehicle delivery has named its Transporter of the year.

Rick Garrison owner of Newscourier offers his services via Uship and the company has praised his “can do” attitude and “above-and-beyond” approach when they made him their White Van Man of the Year 2011.

Rick started his courier business in 2010 and most of his deliveries are for private customers, transporting large and bulky items that people can’t send by post, but rather need an affordable courier delivery. In Rick’s 18 months on uShip he has achieved a top 5 out of 5 rating with over 200 customers leaving positive feedback on his service.

“I’m delighted to have won this award” said Rick. “I love my work, and helping people with all their different delivery needs. Customer service is really important to me, I want my customers to know that I do the best job possible for them every time. Ever since starting my motto has been “we can help” and I hope to carry on in business helping as many people as possible.”
