But Western Union is a perfectly sensible payment method for sending money to known recipients overseas, e.g. to family members. It’s widely used to remit money back to families by ex-pats.
What it isn’t safe for is sending money to strangers.
eBay may use a third party for advertising, which would answer the question. Or maybe not?
Interesting for eBay. I believe that any single normal common guy that use Adsense can have a banned list. Why eBay can’t configure it?
