PayPal is now available on Windows Phone with the application already available to download from the Windows Marketplace.
If you’ve got a Windows Phone running software version 7.5 or higher then you can get the PayPal app, although not all of the features (for instance PayPal Here) will work in the UK.
To be honest it’s a surprise that PayPal haven’t already had a Windows Phone App, they’ve already got apps for Android, BlackBerry, iPhone & iPad and even an app for Nokia mobiles. It hadn’t occurred to me that users of Windows on their smartphones didn’t have access to the PayPal app.
