Collect Plus have today announced two enhancements to their delivery service – Signature on Delivery and easier returns for undeliverable items.
Signature on Delivery
Once you have selected your parcel weight on the Collect Plus website, for a small additional cost (from £1 extra) you can now request a signature upon delivery of your item.
Perfect for higher value items, this will ensure that your parcel is either delivered and signed for, or is kept by the courier for re-delivery and of course meets eBay’s online tracking and signature confirmation requirements, for transactions that total £150, to qualify for seller protection.
Undeliverable Parcels
Collect Plus will attempt to deliver your parcel to your recipient three times. If they can’t deliver the parcel successfully after this time they’ll return it to you using the address details which is now supplied when you book the delivery on the Collect Plus website.
Following feedback from their customer Collect Plus have made it mandatory to enter your return address when ordering a delivery, but the address will be saved so that you don’t have to re-enter it every time you use the service.
If a parcel is being returned to you Collect Plus will email you to let you know and give you your new tracking number.

Sounds like a good plan to me, I’ve used these guys for a few personal deliveries but never with business, might be worth a look.
