Internet Retailing ExpoThere’s just over a week to go before we travel to Birmingham for two days at the Internet Retailing Expo at the NEC. We’ve been checking out show program and it looks like there’s a ton of content split into five separate streams, so if you’re going to attend plan your diary so that you don’t miss the sessions most relevant to you.

Internet Retailing Instore (20th March)

International and Cross Border (21st March)

The Customer Journey (21st March)

Online Merchandising and Selling (20th March)
Tamebay pick: 11.00 How to use Facebook to grow your retail business – Find out why why marketing on Facebook is becoming more important than ever with best practices, and success stories.

Operations and Logistics (21st March)
Tamebay pick: 14.00 Adventures in logistics – Myhigh.St launched last year with the mission of enabling independent shops around the UK to share in the benefits of ecommerce. Since launch the marketplace has grown its membership from 30 to 140 independent retailers.

Most of the big names in online commerce are going to be at Internet Retailing, with the exception of eBay, although PayPal will be presenting.

Also don’t forget to stay for the iwoca UK Online Seller Meetup on the evening of the 20th!
