2014 will be the fifth year that Metapack have hosted The Delivery Conference, and whilst February might seem a long way off it’s time to reserve your place, especially if you want tickets for the evening event.
The Delivery Conference will be held on the 4th of February 2014, at the fabulous Westminster Park Plaza Hotel. The 2014 theme will be ‘Delivering Customer Loyalty in an Omni-Channel World‘, focusing on the shift from client acquisition to client retention, guaranteeing customer loyalty and that elusive repeat sale. Of course the conference will also retain its role as a one-stop-shop to find out everything that’s advancing in delivery.
As always, the event will give you the chance to meet some of the biggest and best postal services and couriers in the UK. The speaker line-up is yet to be confirmed but if this year’s 2013 Delivery Conference was anything to go by it’ll be a superb event.
Last year the conference saw its attendance double with 700 visitors (including 600 retailers) there on the day. Don’t think that the conference is just about getting you to sign up to Metapack (although you probably should!), there will be 40 speakers and 32 exhibitors sharing everything you could ever need to know about successful deliveries and innovations coming down the line to help you grow your business.
Don’t forget that this event is free to attend for retailers, all it’ll cost is your train fare to London.
