PayPal address glitch causes headaches for sellers

No primary category set

A PayPal problem has been reported to use by some sellers. Apparently, between the 19th and 23rd April, payment details on PayPal didn’t contain the relevant address details for buyers.

You can see a screen grab of an email that has been sent to impacted sellers below.

We don’t know how many sellers this might have impacted or indeed how widespread the problem is. But it does represent a headache for those affected.

It’s annoying, in particular, that PayPal has not identified the sales hit by the problem and left it to sellers to identify them for themselves. For those with many, many sales that will be a time-consuming and tedious task.

Have you been contacted by PayPal and been impacted by this glitch?
