New features for Bqool’s Amazon review management

Bqool ReviewsBQool has introduced two new features available for its Review Central suite: download reviews and review notifications. Review Central will now allow brand owners to download product reviews into an Excel file for offline viewing or archiving. The optional review notifications will send email alerts for incoming reviews from Amazon.

Review Central is our most engineering-intensive suite,” says Peter Kuo, Business Relationship Manager at BQool. “Despite the challenges, we were able to improve upon the existing product, and develop two features that would help brands with their daily operations.”

Amazon currently does not have a feature that will organize product reviews for sellers. Instead, product managers will have to manually click through each product’s listing page in order to check for new reviews. This is a task that quickly becomes tedious and unscalable.

Review Central was designed to solve this problem. It is one of the only solutions able to aggregate and organize Amazon product reviews. “Many successful e-commerce businesses are moving towards brand products,” says Peter. “After using Feedback Central to request for product reviews, they need something to help them with organization. This is where Review Central excels.”

Review Central starts at $25 per month for 250 listings. The email notification feature is available starting from the $50 plan, and the download reviews feature is available starting at the $100 plan. Review Central supports Amazon US, CA, UK, and EU (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES).

BQool also has a free trial with no credit card required so that you can start your review management today.
